The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook, Google Ads, and Email Marketing. Experience in the real estate industry will be a significant advantage.
Job Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing strategies, including crafting compelling content, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various digital channels.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- SEO & SEM: Work with the SEO team to enhance organic search rankings and coordinate with SEM strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
