MM Nova Tech is looking for a Digital Account Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage client relationships, drive sales, and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, social media expertise, and a sales-driven mindset. They should be presentable, knowledgeable, and capable of handling interactions with clients professionally.
Job Responsibilities :
- API Integration in UI
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance brand presence across social media platforms.
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying business opportunities and converting leads.
- Present company offerings confidently and persuasively to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing and sales.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- MBA preferred, with a strong background in digital marketing, sales, or account management.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital account management, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online branding.
- Ability to work independently with a dedicated workspace, a good internet connection, and a well-functioning laptop.
- Experience in working with agents or clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
