Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze audience insights to craft data-driven strategies that increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce eye-catching content and ads tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Engage with followers and potential leads, turning conversations into conversions.
  • Regularly report on campaign effectiveness, delivering insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, creativity, and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising tools and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
