Job Responsibilities :
- Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets specifically for the real estate industry.
- Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of MM Nova Tech and its real estate clients through innovative and creative design solutions.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
